The National Latino Cosmetology Association (NLCA) promotes the businesses of established cosmetologists, estheticians, 

nail technicians, massage therapists, and barbers. It is dedicated to meeting the professional needs of Latino-minded businesses, licensed beauty professionals, and beauty industry students.
