The National Latino Cosmetology Association: A Solution for Latino Beauty Professionals

The National Latino Cosmetology Association (NLCA) was founded in July of 2006 as an LLC, and In 2010 became a Non-profit organization. With the intent of uniting Latin minded salon and spa professionals within the salon industry. This association combines the three arms in our beauty industry; product manufacturer’s and distributors, salon and spa professionals and Beauty focused school programs and is consistently developing.

The purpose of the NLCA is to provide support and direction to Latin salon and spa business development, salon training, educational development, advertising strategies and marketing. NLCA focuses on providing services and product development primarily in the United States, Latin America and Europe and other countries.

The NLCA is dedicated to serving the needs of all parts of the Latin Beauty Industry. Membership is open to all beauty professionals, students, schools, manufacturers and distributors. Networking groups and business education and tools are a primary driver of membership for beauty professionals. Distributors and Manufacturer’s can also connect directly with their key customers through media industry.
